Abstract

The author studies such concepts as decapitalization, refinancing and recapitalization of human capital when an
employee becomes disabled. Human capital is exposed to decapitalization based on the neutrality of the physiological
characteristics of the individual while refinancing is regarded as compensation of the income loss by disabled people
through the redistribution of current contributions of the working population to pension insurance and the recapitalization
of human capital is regarded as a change in the structure of disabled citizens’ income based on their previous investments
into pension funds, financial and rental tools.
