INFORMING AS A WAY OF OVERCOMING THE LEGAL NIHILISM IN THE SHEREOF ANTI-CORRUPTION ACTIVITY

Abstract

On the basis of analysis of jurisprudence of Baranavichi town and district Court the author comes to the conclusion that it is
necessary to optimize the operating system of precaution and prevention of corruption crime. It is offered to inform the officials of
public authorities, administration and health care institutions about forms and methods of fight against corruption.

CD with multimedia presentations and a set of regulatory legal acts in the sphere of counteraction of corruption crime are
suggested as a form of information distribution. The chosen form of information distribution with use of computer programs is considered to answer the demands of time. The author also offers to assign the duty to inform officials of public authorities, administration, and health care institutions about forms and methods of fight against corruption on deputy chiefs on ideological work.
