Abstract

The article deals with some problems arising up in the process of including the intellectual property positions of model law into
the CIS states-participants national legislation.

It is concluded that the characteristics of the model legislation in the sphere of intellectual property are as follows: alternativeness,
diversity, legal infiltration and preserving continuity with separate positions of the soviet legal system.
