Abstract

The article considers the concept of IPL and the issue of its criminal-legal protection. It is clarified that criminal-legal protection
of the industrial property rights is provided by Art. 177 and 229 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The actual issues on liability for
criminal charges provided by these articles of the Criminal Code are analyzed; in particular, kinds of criminal offense acts, the ending
point and the punishment for these crimes.
During the research theoretical and practical data are used.
