Abstract

The article deals with the problem of building schools for military cantonist schools existence in the districts of Slobodsko-
Ukrainian military cavalry settlements. In particular, architectural and design features of school buildings in the town of Chuguyev and
village of Korobochkino are studied via analysis of current state of old schools.

The choice of academic subjects and the peculiarities of educational process for military cantonists of different age and physical
state are considered.
