Abstract

The article deals with the starting theoretical positions concerning the influence of the verbal representation of the Criminal Law
on its effectiveness. The research proved the admissibility and practicability of applying the positive foreign experience in order to
improve the verbal expression of regulatory requirements of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus helped to find out some lucky lawmaking decisions to make the language forms, that are used in the Criminal law, more clear and precise. It is proved that the relevant Belarusian experience is worth deliberate attention of Russian lawmakers.
