Abstract

The article considers approaches to the analysis of the efficiency of the state regulation of private entrepreneurship in the region. On the basis of the existing methods, the author proposed a number of indicators and criteria for assessing the economic efficiency of public policy in the area of supporting small and medium-sized businesses as an important element of regional production interrelations.
A set of measures was developed to improve the administrative regulation of the business sector in the regional economy.
