Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the features of public-and-private partnership (hereinafter — PPP) as a form of public administration in Ukraine. It substantiates the point of view about the need to adopt a single regulatory legal act (Code) in Ukraine regarding the regulation of PPP. The experience of foreign countries (e. g., Saudi Arabia and the USA) in public management of PPP projects has been investigated. The wide and narrow approaches to the understanding of the term “public administration” have been analyzed. The mechanisms for solving problems arising from carrying out of PPP projects in Ukraine have been developed. The need for the establishment of Coordination Councils (in the structure of the united territorial communities) for planning and implementation of PPP projects in Ukraine has been proved. The thesis that PPP is a key stimulus for attracting investment into the national economy has been substantiated.
