At the present stage of development of the Belarusian society, the issues of labor discipline management and ensuring the proper performance by employees of their work responsibilities are of particular importance. In the article, the positions about labor discipline management are developed. Also, the purpose of management is formulated, and specific means of its achievement are substantiated. Some measures are proposed to improve the legal regulation of labor discipline, which are based on an analysis of the legislation of foreign countries. As a result of the study, the recommendations were developed, their implementation is aimed at improving management efficiency in the area of labor discipline.
