Abstract

The problematic issues in the practice of volunteer movement are investigated.
Using the example of the activities of the search and rescue squad “Angel”, an attempt to evaluate its social effect at the regional level was made. The necessity of a comprehensive study of the volunteer movement, both from the point of view of its social effect and economic efficiency, is substantiated.
