Abstract

The article deals with the ultimate goal of legal regulation, namely the implementation of the function of law. One
of the forms of implementation of the information function of the right is public discussion of draft regulatory legal acts.
The article reflects both theoretical and legislative understanding of the institute of public discussion, and also
summarizes the results of the experience of state bodies and organizations regarding the submission of draft regulatory
legal acts for public discussion.
