Abstract

The growing competition in the domestic and world markets and the increase of the level of consumer demands
regarding the goods make it necessary to search for mechanisms for competitiveness enhancing. One of the effective
mechanisms is the collaboration of education, science and business. To develop a high-quality network of interacting
components, it is necessary to define the most important factors which changes lead to the dynamic response of the
socio-economic system. The paper presents a complex of reasonable prerequisites — predictors, that form a basis for
effective synergy of education, science and business sectors. A scheme of interrelation of the predictors of effective
interaction and expected benefits is presented.
