Abstract

Despite the fact that the topic of violent crime is studied quite widely, in particular, in the qualification schemes of
complexity and mistakes are made. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to some of the issues. 6 h. 2 tbsp. 139 of the
Criminal Code. The composition of a murder committed with extreme cruelty has a number of properties. The main one is that the concept of “special cruelty” refers to evaluative features. In principle, it is impossible to avoid evaluative concepts in criminal law, but their application traditionally causes considerable difficulty. Difficulties in qualifying a murder with particular cruelty are associated with particular cruelty.
