Abstract

The article deals with criminal liability for the abuse of power or official authority committed by an official during the
denationalization or privatization of state property. The author of the article highlights the formation and development, features
of the current state of the relevant norms. The author suggests ways to improve the legislation on criminal liability for abuse of
power or official authority committed by an official during the denationalization and privatization of state property in order to
eliminate gaps and harmonize the norms of criminal and legislation on denationalization and privatization of state property.
