Abstract

The article analyzes various classifications of contracts concluded in the field of professional sports. The article
substantiates the need to consider these agreements in the form of a unified system aimed at achieving the goal of improving the
legal regulation of contractual relations in professional sports. It is proposed to legislate the system and the main cases of
application of civil contracts in the field of professional sports, which, in the authorʼs opinion, will allow to develop effective
sports legislation, to ensure the proper use of concepts and terms in the field of sports law.
