Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the state of innovative development of the industry of the regions of the Republic of Belarus
for 2016—2018, based on the methods of structural, factor analysis, index method, comparative analysis. A methodology has been
developed for assessing the level of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the country on the basis of a system of share
(specific) and dynamic (intensive) indicators. The mathematical apparatus for calculating each indicator is presented, visualization
tools for the calculations are used. The component structure of the countryʼs scientific and innovation system has been developed.
The causal relationships of factors and the level of innovative development of industrial enterprises are analyzed. A set of proposals
has been developed to enhance the innovative activity of industrial enterprises in the country.
