Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of intellectual potential as a factor of economic growth. The development of the
economy recently showed that the formation of a model of economic growth should be based on the knowledge economy as a
special type of innovative economy. Currently, the issue of assessing the level of its development and impact in the context of
digitalization, that is, the quality and effectiveness of its use, is relevant. The article systematizes approaches to the definition of
the concept of “digital economy” to highlight patterns in the development of intellectual potential. The results of evaluating the
effectiveness of the use of human potential in the economy of modern Belarus are presented, which allows you to determine the necessary conditions for its effective use.
