Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the history of Ursyn-Nemtsevich (Ursyn-Niemcewicz) family in Belarus in
the second half of the XVIII century. The study was carried out on the basis of a wide range of sources, the author introduced the
archival documents, memoirs, including unpublished to date into the scientific circulation. The study analyzes the activities of the
representatives of the noble family, such as Francis and Marcelius Ursyn-Nemtsevich, in the social, socio-economic and cultural
sphere. The main characteristics of the economic situation of the Ursyn-Nemtsevichs are presented, including a description of
manor complexes and land holdings. As one of the results of the study, an increase in the activity of the participation of the
Ursyn-Nemtsevichs in historical processes on the territory of Belarus in XVIII century.
