Abstract

The purpose of the work is to systematize the activities of the state in the sphere of family policy and to develop a draft catalog of measures of social support for families. The results of the study were obtained on the basis of general scientific methods as well as special legal methods (comparative legal and formal legal methods). The results of the research indicate the need to systematize the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. The state social security of families has
been studied; the types of such security have been analyzed and systematized. Conclusions, proposals and characteristics
of social security measures of the state family policy in the Republic of Belarus are made and proposals for improving the legislation are formulated.
