Abstract

The article is devoted to the role of modern business processes in the field of marketing, from studying the market and determining the needs of buyers and ending with the sale of manufactured goods and services. The design and optimization of the marketing business model of Business and Rost LLC was completed. To model marketing processes,
the ELMA BPM system was used, demonstrating a wide range of tools provided to a specialist.
