The results of approbation of the authorʼs methodology of the effectiveness of the human capital investment management under the innovative economy on the basis of analytical and statistical data from OJSC “Svetlogorsk-
Khimvolokno” are presented in the article. Human capital investments in 2016—2020 are analyzed under the process approach to the objects of regulation: investment in personnel development, motivation, in health improvement. The indicator of the effectiveness of the human capital investment is calculated. The level of personnel innovative susceptibility is determined, including the indicator of personnel innovative readiness, based on the results of sociological research, and the indicator of innovative activity of the organization. As a result, the effectiveness of the human capital investment management under the innovative economy at OJSC “SvetlogorskKhimvolokno” is assessed, and the existing shortcomings of the human capital investment management system are identified.
