Abstract

The article is devoted to non-staff cooperation as the most effective way of interaction of the organizations (bodies), establishments of higher education and students. Non-staff cooperation is considered through a prism of requirements of the Concept of development of the legal education in Belarus: the most important of which is maintenance of a practical orientation of educational process.

In the article the experience of the educational institution “Baranovichi State University” in the field of organizational and information support of non-staff cooperation is presented. The given cooperation is considered as mutually advantageous partner relations between university, law enforcement bodies and students. The advantages received by each of the parties, in the course of realisation of non-staff cooperation are indicated.

The article contains certain offers on perfection of legal regulation of the non-staff cooperation, directed on development of such cooperation and expansion of practice of its use.
