Abstract

The article provides the structure of innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Belarus. The regulatory and legal platform that regulates innovation activity of the subjects of economy and social sphere has been systematized. The tool is presented for assessing the effectiveness of the subjects of innovation infrastructure of the country — science and technology parks and technology transfer centres — based on the author’s method of share coefficients. The analysis of the effectiveness of the subjects of innovation infrastructure has been carried out. A number of problematic issues have been identified and possible solutions have been proposed in order to improve the functioning of the infrastructural innovation system of the Republic of Belarus.
