Abstract

An analysis of the peculiarities and procedure for the implementation of legal restrictions and disciplinary liability of members of the Parliament of Belarus has been carried out. The author defines prospects for further improvement of the legal regulation of
public relations in the field of legal restrictions, disciplinary liability of members of Parliament (measures aimed at ensuring the actual
effective work of the parliamentarian in the bodies of Parliament; measures related to the observance of the rules of parliamentary
discipline (parliamentary ethics), including taking into account the possible partial testing of the positive experience of foreign
countries in the area under study.
