The article analyzes the activities of the branches of the Department of civil and criminal law disciplines of Baranovichi State University in the court of Baranovichi district and the city of Baranovichi and in the notary office of Baranovichi district. It is noted that their creation should be considered as one of the most effective innovative scientific and practical tools, among which a worthy place is occupied by synergy, which enhances the effect of interaction of education, science and practice within the framework of the activities of the branch of the department. Among the main objectives of the functioning of the branches of the department are indicated: improving the quality of training of qualified specialists, strengthening the practical orientation of the educational process, conducting joint scientific research and introducing their results into production. It is emphasized that the achievement of the maximum effect in the preparation of students of the specialties “Jurisprudence” and “Economic Law” became possible due to the synergy linking
the theoretical knowledge gained at the university, the research work of students, teachers, employees of organizations-branches of the department and the skills of practical work of future specialists.
