Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of general theoretical doctrine and norms of national legislation regulating the stay of foreign
citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Belarus, the study of the types of the regimes of stay for foreign persons in the Republic of Belarus is conducted. Specific features of the regimes of stay are identified, and it is proposed to single out as a separate type the regime of stay for foreign persons transiting through the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
