Abstract

The issues of ensuring equal access for disabled people to the realization of the right to information about the activities of state
bodies through information and communication technologies are considered. Attention is drawn to the regulation of these relations in the
Republic of Belarus and the European Union. Generalizing conclusions of a theoretical nature, as well as proposals on improving the
legislation and practice of its application are made, taking into account the needs of disabled people with various forms of disability.
