Abstract

The article analyzes the prospects of introducing new methods of providing qualified legal assistance into the practice of law, taking into account the organizational, information, communication and procedural aspects of the lawyer's activities. Conclusions about the possibility of using each of the proposed methods in the provision of legal assistance are formulated on the basis of specific technological solutions, and the methods analyzed in the article themselves meet modern requirements of law enforcement practice and are aimed at removing barriers in the interaction of lawyer and client.
