Abstract

The article examines the problems of legal regulation of state support for young families in foreign countries. The legislation and other normative legal acts of Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan are analyzed in terms of defining the category of "young family", as well as specific measures of its state support, including the comparative legal aspect. As a result, the author concludes that positive legal experience is recommended for implementation in national legislation.
