SPORTS JUSTICE IN BRAZIL: THE SPECIALISED COURTS MODEL AS A WAYTO RESOLVING SPORTS DISPUTES

Abstract

Federative Republic of Brazil, which includes sports courts operating separately from courts of general
jurisdiction. Starting from the level of the country's Constitution, the regulatory framework, structure and competence
of sports courts, as well as their types, are analyzed. Attention in the work is also paid to anti-doping sports courts,
independent and independent of other bodies of sports jurisdiction. The author draws attention to current issues of
jurisdiction and discussions on them in the science of Brazilian sports law, the place of sports courts in the legal system
of the state and the prospects for applying Brazil's experience in other countries. In conclusion, the author assesses the
legal nature of sports courts in Brazil and offers recommendations on the possible implementation of legal decisions in
the Belarusian system of sports legislation.
