SELECTED ASPECTS OF THE LEGAL REGULATION OF TRAINING, RETRAINING AND ADVANCED TRAINING OF THE UNEMPLOYED
Abstract
Training, retraining and advanced training are one of the key measures aimed at promoting employment and reducing unemployment. In the rapidly changing labor market caused by technological processes, globalization and economic crises, there is a need to constantly update and develop their skills. Improving the level of professional skills contributes to the growth of labor productivity, increases competitiveness and, thereby, strengthens the economic stability of the country. In this article, the author examines the provisions of national legislation in the field of education for the unemployed, highlights its key features. Based on the conducted research, proposals have been developed to improve the legal regulation in the field under consideration.
