Abstract

The article highlights the concept of remote labor relations. The research of remote work from the point of view of
legal relations allowed the author to study the unique features of the phenomenon and to identify some areas where labor
relations in the field of remote work are developing more rapidly than the current level of development of labor legislation.
In this connection, the author has developed proposals for amendments to the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus.
