Abstract

The study examines the concepts of consumer behavior or consumer buying behavior. The main theories used in
the study of consumer behavior are highlighted. Various theoretical explanations of consumer behavior are provided.
Human behavior as a consumer is considered not only as social behavior in the economic sphere, but also as economic
behavior as a subject of socio-economic relations. An analysis of scientific theories in the field of consumer behavior is
carried out. Various classifications of factors influencing consumer behavior are noted.
Based on the conducted research, the author points out the special importance of using factors influencing
consumer behavior when developing marketing strategies by business structures.
