Abstract

One of the main objects of civil rights are things that, as a general rule, can be the object of any transactions, as
well as freely pass from one person to another in the order of universal succession (inheritance, reorganization of a legal
entity), with the exception of certain things that are limited in circulation or withdrawn from circulation. This article is
devoted to the consideration of the features of donation of such types of property as civilian weapons, precious metals
and stones, historical and cultural values. In the course of the analysis of the norms of domestic legislation, as well as
doctrinal approaches, problems in the field of legal regulation of the donation of civil weapons, precious metals and
stones, historical and cultural values were identified, and proposals to improve legislation in the field under study were
formulated.
