Abstract

The paper raises the problem of the real interaction of organizations of education, science and business; a number of “weak points” in the correction of this vector of socio-economic modernization are presented. A set of legislative acts to regulate the cooperation of education, science, business, and to create favorable conditions for the development of this cooperation has been proposed. The author’s graphical model of interaction of organizations of education, science, business, taking into account the interests of public authorities, has been presented. A number of additional indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the functioning of the innovation infrastructure in the country (region) have been proposed.
